The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful, and that is the best part of this hotel. When I first arrived about three months ago, the price felt reasonable for what was being offered. I stayed here temporarily while searching for affordable housing. Unfortunately, during my stay, I had to move rooms several times due to severe mold issues. In the last room, a serious incident occurred: while I was taking a shower, part of the ceiling collapsed on me. This happened about a week ago. I suffered minor scrapes to my face and was hit on my back and shoulder. I spoke with the owner afterward, and he did move me to another room and asked if I was okay, which I appreciated. That said, my main concern is the condition of the rooms compared to the current price. While the rooms were far from perfect, the lower price initially made it manageable. Now the rate has increased to $80 per night, which is completely unreasonable given the conditions. There are significant maintenance issues, including severe mold, holes in the walls, and mold-covered ceilings. Until major repairs and updates are made and the mold problem is properly addressed, this property should not be charging this price. I did not see many bugs, but the mold problem alone makes this stay unacceptable at the current rate.

There were 2 lizards and several roaches within the room. There was no hot water and parking area was kinda sketchy. Drive by the place several times looking for the sign that said Oyo Hotel but there was a different name on billboard. When explaining that to the lady at front desk, she said it said Oyo on the front counter banner. I told her I couldn’t see that from the road. Thank god for GPS.
