Despite my willingness to address the issue by bringing in an exterminator, no signs of a rodent were found. It's concerning that John has resorted to blackmailing me, threatening to tarnish my business reputation if I don't comply with his demands.In his emails, John acknowledges the quality of my location and home but insists on receiving the money back, indicating that he will "close the matter" upon receiving it. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I believe booking companies should take action against such individuals to prevent them from booking accommodations in the future.It's important for me to preserve my reputation and address this issue effectively. Cozy place with three beds is hard to find!
We stayed in a really cute basement suite in a residential neighborhood that was a short driving distance to restaurants and shops.
The sweet looked mostly newly renovated and the bedrooms had really nice beds that were as luxurious as any hotels.
There were a few details that we pointed out to the owners and they took our feed back positively and said that they would rectify those things in time for the next guests. The main one was that the dishwasher was not working, so I would want to make sure that that has been addressed.
The hosts live upstairs and were very nice and accommodating. We had a lovely time staying there and going out and enjoying the area.

I was way over charged. Was also supposed to be in a suite with a separate entrance but was taken in these people house with 5 or more cats and the smell was disgusting, overpowering and unbearable with cat piss. Was also not clean, dirt and cat hair all over. The yard is way over grown.

Great guy very accommodating
and understand of my late check in.
I will say the room needed better cleaning before check in. But this will not stop me from using his space again.
And the smell of cat unine in the over all needs to be addressed.

Did not like being greeted by strong smell of cat urine and feces when we stepped into the house. Found dead 3 inch (cat) roundworm stuck to the floor. Cats meowing all night. No air conditioning, room far smaller than advertised. Access to closet blocked by table and wall mounted TV. Fridge was set to cold, drinks and food were frozen solid. Upon arrival we thought we made a mistake because of neglect to premises, thought home was unoccupied. We forfeited the last 2 nights of our stay and enjoyed Abbotsford Best Western Inn. We wanted to talk to ******* first about this but they have made it so you can't contact them.

Every thing very good the people there were very nice very respectful very clean place and comfortable place

地方不错,就是有点冷,不过管理人员告诉我们,我们离开的时候可以通知他,他会把地方打扫得干净,人也很好,很棒
我们不喜欢半夜时分厨房里传来一阵沙沙声。我出去时,沙沙声停了……又停了两次,当我打开灯时,我看到眼角余光中闪过一道闪光……不知道那是什么,但那是某种啮齿动物……桌子上有证据……一袋薯片被撕开了,一个塑料袋里装着被咬破的面包。我一晚上都没睡。当我向主人发送消息报告时,他立即回复并来看我……但他说“我能做什么?人们总是开着门”,啮齿动物不是这样进来的。
