My friend and I were travelling to the Black Forest in Germany on motorcycles when we stumbled across Alex's place online. We had not booked in advance but she welcomed us into her beautiful and comfortable home, allowing us to park our motorcycles safely in the garage over night. Alex offered to go out and get us food for the evening - we declined as we needed to pop into town anyway but were very grateful. The breakfast was excellent the following day. Her hospitality was top notch. Our French is very poor (we need to improve on that as we travel through France a fair bit) and Alex didn't speak much English, but she showed us how to use a translation app which aided us to speak without issue for an evening over drinks! Alex was welcoming, fun, beautiful and friendly. I would highly recommend people to stay here :)
