The hotel is in great condition and the staff members were friendly. Housekeeping starting knocking on my door on check-out day around 7:30 in the morning. I thought this was inappropriate given checkout time was hours after this. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the room upstairs which made it difficult to relax in the evening.

I’m very impressed with the staff, I accidentally left my wallet downstairs at the front desk and luckily the pretty young lady found it and called my room immediately to let me know it was down stairs. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning let me in very early to the Gym before it opened, no questions asked. This made me extremely happy. This hotel staff really focuses on customer service, something I thought was lost this day and age.

We stayed one night as our child had a procedure at the hospital just 12 minutes away. As parents with a young autistic child we wanted a room that was going to be spacious and a good view. With the double Queens we were able to get our child the room with the big windows. When we first got there we realized that we were on the third floor, instantly our son went from nervousness to enjoyment jumping off the bed we then we went downstairs to talk to the front desk so let them know what our circumstances are. I spoke with a lovely lady and let her know that he absolutely loves the room lol he's jumping from the bed to the floor, the front desk stated nobody is underneath us and if there were no requests for that room below us but she would to her very best to save that room below us as a resort. That was very reassuring that we were not going to disrupt anyone else's stay. Come 3:00 a.m. our son woke up trying to get out of the room. Cannot tell you how thankful we are with the little tongue at the top of the door keep the door from being opened. Definitely made us feel extra safe if you ever to actually sleep but have a chance to immediately hear if he was trying to elope. Our stay was very short however we felt so welcomed and somewhat at ease knowing we had everything to make sure our child/family was safe and welcomed. This will be our first choice if we ever find ourselves in that need again.

Love this hotel!
We totally enjoyed our stay at Cambria. The hotel was clean and smelled heavenly when you first walk in the door! Our room was spotless and beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite, thanks to the wonderful clerk who checked us in. (she felt bad for the horrible day we had just endured)! There was some traffic noise but we didn't even notice it after a while because we were so pleased with the room. Parking was ample. The restaurant and bar were quite good and the staff was amazing. There were all kinds of restaurants and fast food places close by. We absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel!!

I really enjoyed this hotel! Walking in, you immediately notice how new and beautiful everything looks and it smells so nice. My room was quite spacious, very clean, and very quiet from traffic noise right outside. The blackout shades were perfect, however, my only complaint is that you couldn't turn the bathroom light off under the mirror (it's like a night light)! I like sleeping in pitch black so it was a little disturbing, but not a deal breaker! I would definitely stay here again. Free parking felt safe, easy 20 minute drive into downtown, so affordable, comfortable bed!

Family time in austin
The facilities are beautiful. The lobby is decorated very modern and clean and the rooms are also beautiful and new. It is really nice to have an area to congregate for family and the availability for drinks and food to be added at the same time. The staff was very friendly and warm. The pool was great.
