To start off the hotel is fairly NEW, very clean, fresh and felt way more expensive than the price I paid. It was very very safe since needed a valid hotel key to use the elevators & stairway. The restroom was very spacious and loved the separate space for the toilet. The large sofa actually worked out as an added sleeping spot for our 8 year old son and the underbed lighting was very nice. The only minor drawbacks is the hall/room noise and noapps on tv as its not a 'smart tv'

Clean and pretty hotel.
The staff at the bar and restaurant were excellent, bit definitely overworked. Not enough staff to accommodate all the people there. The staff at check- in were unfriendly and not welcoming. The hotel is well appointed and clean.

The hotel is in great condition and the staff members were friendly. Housekeeping starting knocking on my door on check-out day around 7:30 in the morning. I thought this was inappropriate given checkout time was hours after this. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the room upstairs which made it difficult to relax in the evening.
