I stayed with my family one night during my trip to Rajgiri, and it was a nice place. Mr. Mrinal was a nice guy. He arranged the room according to our requirements and also arranged a taxi for our return trip to Gaya station. And a special thanks to Bittu bhai, who drove us to Gaya. We encountered a massive traffic jam in the middle of a bridge. He helped our entire family cross the bridge, carried our bags, and arranged a local taxi to ensure we could reach the station on time. The taxi driver helped us get to the train through a broken fence just 5 minutes from the cabin. So, my heartfelt thanks go to all of them. God bless you all. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is located in the middle of the market. There was no mention or photos of the location of the place. The place is dirty, unclean and unhygienic. There was no water in the washroom. The hotel is understaffed. We ordered breakfast and did not get it even after waiting for an hour. There is a strong strange smell in every room and the washroom smells of cigarette. The rooms are not ventilated.

"This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Rajgir as well as to the train station. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just one night before continuing on to other parts of Sightseen in Rajgir."

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Terrible. So many issues. We were 8 persons all together. 4 were from usa. Too many bathroom issues. Hot water not available drainage in bathrooms not working as such water came out into the room. Food not proper. No cleaning very dirty utensils we checked out next morning and took other hotel. We claimed refund from mm t no refund till now

Subject: unpleasant stay experience - the nalanda heritage, rajgir i am compelled to provide detailed feedback regarding my recent stay at the nalanda heritage, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the state of the bed was alarming. The sheets were visibly dirty, and the blanket, not only lacking a cover but also appearing excessively dusty, raised serious concerns about hygiene. It was evident that the housekeeping standards were severely lacking. Equally distressing was the absence of a reception area. The hotel's failure to provide a dedicated space for guest services resulted in a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. The lack of a centralized point for inquiries, check-ins, and assistance significantly impacted the overall guest experience. In addition to the cleanliness and organizational issues, the overall ambiance and decor of the hotel left much to be desired. The outdated furnishings and a general lack of maintenance contributed to an unappealing atmosphere. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as improvements are essential to maintain the reputation of the nalanda heritage and ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

Food service & quality poor, as per room amenities rate is very very high, it's charge is maximum 2000 per night i was booked at 4000/night which is too high
