Location is in slum like area. You have to ask for everything, nothing was given at the time of check-in. Lot of noise in midnight and we were not able to sleep. Room was not cleaned and same for badsheet. Overall experience is terrible

Poorest service, no restaurant, no breakfast, all food items were ordered from local food stalls by hotel, no cutlery for breakfast (poha & jalebi) served on paper parchment

We couldn’t find the hotel and we weren’t given the option to cancel the hotel. Fake hotel with fake location as location is given of sayaji hotel indore. When we called the support they couldn’t even give us the number of hotel reception. I need my refund

The stay at aceotel inn seven heaven indore was quite good. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Hotel floors and rooms were clean and staff at the hotel was also polite. The room toilet was also clean and the interior was also very attractive. There was free breakfast for all the members and it was too yummy with muffins and watermelon juice. Overall experience was good. Would like to stay again in future if it is needed to stay.
