my room was clean and everything i hoped for. and the host Simphiwe is very friendly, he makes you feel at home. I missed my breakfast thou, so i can not say anything about the food.

Our family of 7 (which includes two women in their late 70s) stayed at Emmarentia Guest House from 13-16 June 2025. The guesthouse was in immaculate condition and all prior requirements were adhered to before we arrived at the guesthouse. The place is spatious and very comfortable: large beds, ample room space, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, amenities etc. It really made a our stay very very comfortable. I am very obliged to the staff who went beyond their duty to ensure the elderly ladies were ok and willingly assisted them to ensure they were at ease and comfortable. Thank you to Rich, Mr Gift and the other very friendly staff members!!! Best regards, Ameer
我们很喜欢这家旅馆。沟通很顺畅，回复也很迅速。旅馆有围墙。房间干净舒适。早餐虽然简单，但我们吃得很饱。可惜的是，他们不提供打包午餐。我们很早就离开了，而且早餐是自费的。我们只能自己煮咖啡。旅馆有游泳池，但因为天气原因我们没有使用。工作人员礼貌友好。我推荐这家旅馆！
房间不是很干净。我们想加两份早餐，但无法做到。所以我们只有一对夫妇可以吃早餐，另一对夫妇不得不在其他地方吃早餐。房间里只有一条毛巾，我们预订并支付了 2 人的费用。我们预订的第二晚没有给我们补充咖啡和面包。主人非常友好，但不会再住在这家宾馆了。
Simphiwe 非常有礼貌，乐于助人，我唯一想提出的积极批评是需要注意一些基本问题，例如浴室里有两盏灯不亮，而且浴室的整体清洁程度有很多不足之处。
住宿体验非常好，非常放松。会再次入住。并会向所有需要在约翰内斯堡停留的人推荐这家酒店。
需要在付款阶段（在线）澄清早餐问题，以避免不便。
热情友好的欢迎。环境干净、安静、安全。步行即可到达便利设施。公寓很棒。床是绝对的幸福。感觉就像睡在家里自己的床上一样。我强烈推荐这家宾馆。可惜住的时间太短了。
满足我的所有需求，所以每当我需要来这个地区时，我都会回到这里。安全、舒适、安静、宽敞、无线网络极佳，房东 Simphiwe 也很棒。谢谢你们让我有宾至如归的感觉。
