酒店回复: Good Afternoon Anna, As explained, when you chose this particular booking, its conditions were clear that payment is taken upon booking confirmation, even though there is a free cancellation clause on it. Of course with your free cancellation you receive a refund if you're not able to stay with us, which was issued upon cancellation of the booking. Being in Gibraltar our currency is of course GBP, when refunding you, as your bank is Euro currency, the exchange rate on the day would have affected this. This is something completely out of our control and would happen with any booking you make, anywhere that utilizes a different currency to that of your bank. Regards E1 Suites & Spa team

We stayed here in December for three nights as part of our sons 11th Bday celebrations. We had a fantastic suite overlooking the airport runway and into the mountains of Spain. The suite was so comfy and spotless with plenty of space. The breakfast was included in what we paid and it was table service with spec orders which was so nice compared to the usual buffet fare. This is next to bus stops so you can get around the small peninsula very very quickly. Walking distance to the three nice beaches on the eastern side too. If you are staying in Gibraltar I wpuld highly reccomend.

We had a great experience. Easy check in and once we opened the door to the room, we were like WOW. The room has a beautiful view. The apartment was very clean and equipped with so many features. Second bed pulls out from the wall. There are two tvs. Fridge freezer, cooking appliances, washing machine and a beautiful bathroom. The bed omg so cosy. Id happily take the bed home with me. My family loved it. Due to there being a washing machine, I didnt actually bring home any dirty washing after my weeks stay. It was a godsend once home. A few snag points to note to the owners, Drawer in bathroom doesn't function properly, it appears to not be on its runners. The shower is hard to find a good temperature, with only a slight adjustment, you either burn to death or freeze to death. Its hard to get the perfect balance. Oven- whilst the oven had oven trays, there was no rack to put your oven trays on. I think thats why its so clean, because you cant actually use it. Aircon doesn't work in living room No cot supplied despite requesting one prior. We checked the cot option. On arrival there wasnt one in the room. We asked reception and the man said they dont do cots. We had to co sleep with our baby. Those issues were noted, however I considered them small issues and had a fantastic stay

我预订了一间公寓，住了一晚（真希望住得更久），印象非常深刻。我的公寓位于 14 楼，可以看到美丽的海景。公寓很宽敞，有我需要的一切东西（咖啡机、智能电视、大量插座用于充电设备、微波炉和许多其他东西，包括洗衣机）。冰箱里有几瓶免费的啤酒和一瓶水，这点很贴心。浴室很大，有一个步入式淋浴间。有一个小阳台，坐在上面喝着啤酒欣赏风景很不错。我没有使用水疗/健身俱乐部，因为我们没有时间。我在酒吧喝了几杯啤酒、一杯鸡尾酒和吃了一顿饭。这些都很不错，而且不太贵。公寓离主要城镇有点远，但公寓外面就有巴士站，有开往城镇和边境的定期巴士（5/10 路巴士）。办理入住很容易，我们可以在入住前先寄存行李。我还会再来这里住的。
住宿设施齐全，维护得很好，非常干净。有电梯，我们住在 19 楼，因此视野非常好。工作人员非常乐于助人。此外，一楼餐厅的早餐也很棒，食物新鲜，选择多样。我们也喜欢车库与汽车升降机的配合方式

除了床，一切都很完美！这是我体验过的最不舒服、最吵的床。这很遗憾，因为酒店的其他地方都符合预期 入住前和入住期间的沟通非常好，很容易出入。套房非常干净，设备齐全 楼下的咖啡馆/酒吧很棒，食物很棒，价格很棒 位置离主要旅游景点有点远，但在 GiB 没有什么地方太远。有很多公交线路可以帮助你四处走走 我只是说行动不便是一个问题，走路不是你的强项，在盛夏时节这可能不适合你 游泳池和水疗中心是额外的瑰宝，干净、服务周到、易于使用 如果不是因为床……这真的会是 5 星评价
