Extremely clean, great staff, safe and secure. Rooms were large, very comfy beds. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is because the building is very old and very outdated. Functionally a 5.

Staff were fantastic. The age and upkeep of the rooms were lacking. Everything was tired and old. Not dirty, but did not feel clean and fresh at all.

Big room - could use a chair besides the desk chair. Beds were very hard. I was fine with it but my friend found it very uncomfortable.
