My recent stay at Itsy Phoenix was fantastic overall! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room was cozy and clean. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and I loved the vibe of the place. What I Loved: - Staff: Super helpful and accommodating. - Cleanliness: The room was spotless and well-maintained. - Location: Convenient for sightseeing and local attractions & easily accessible. Room for Improvement: The bathroom amenities could use a bit of an upgrade. Some essentials like better-quality toiletries refilled and atleast 2 towels already placed in bathroom would make the experience even better. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Itsy Phoenix for its great service and comfy rooms. With a few tweaks to the amenities, it could be a top-notch stay! Would I Stay Again? Absolutely!

The hotel was situated at a very good location in the city wherein it was very near to the main road. The food served in the breakfast had a lot of variety and was very delicious and the main thing even after the rush all the food items were present.

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. . The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Central I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Indore"
