Room and facilities very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Just be aware-booked and paid through *******. But was also charged by the Hampton Inn. Took a few days for Hampton Inn to agree that they had double charged and reverse the second charge.

Exceedingly clean and fashionable. Continental breakfast was great and fitness room large and open. Equipment well maintained. My room was clean, quiet, and bed comfy.

Good tv channels and ability to login to Netflix

Negatives:

Only 2 small bath towels (had to ask for more)

Not much toilet paper supplied (had to ask for more)

A manager came knocking at our door at 11:03 am to make sure we were checking out. Seriously? It felt intrusive and I left feeling annoyed.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby. Pool was nice and clean and patio was a nice place to relax. Breakfast was hot and they made sure food was stocked all the way up to time breakfast ends.

Super spacious and clean hotel/room

Second time we stayed here while visit Lexington, and it has become one of our favorite hotels. Check in is fast and rooms are very large, and the hotel/room is always super clean.

4/5 hotel due to staff and maintenance work needed

4/5 because staff took forever checking us in, and made an odd comment about it being a king sized bed (2 of us), then the bathroom had wall paper ripped and tp holder broken. Other than this, great location and nice room.

I was traveling solo with my 4 children for a family funeral, I felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly! I was so appreciative of the continental breakfast hours. Will stay again if we’re ever in the area again.
