ME AND MY FRIEND GOT ROBBED IN THIS BEACH HOUSE. DONT BOOK IT. IT’S NOT SAFE!!!! We stayed 2 nights at the villa. It doesnt look look as on the photos, the fence is really creepy and I totally agree with other visitors that it needs a fast renovation. The manager acted weird, we didnt feel safe nor comfortable there from the very beginning. As many other people claimed, we also were locked at the property. There is a guard who has the keys and he opens and closes the gate when you ask him to. When we left for dinner about 2 pm we were afraid that we wont be able to get back. You don’t get the key so you feel awkward. We spend the whole day at the beach. We locked the room. We left our belongings and Documents in the room as the property had a guard. We thought it was safer than to take it with us. We came back at 8 pm, locked the room again and soon went to sleep. In the morning we realised that we were missing money that was hidden in our luggage. I lost 200USD and my friend 300USD. We had hidden the money in our backpacks, cause the safe box didnt look safe to us (no pin code, only the locker easy to break, photo attached). We went directly to the manager that our money had been stolen. He was smiling WHICH WAS SUPER WEIRD and reapeted that it’s ok, cause there are cameras installed. They didnt let us to see the recordings though. We went to the police station to make statements. We needed to book another room for the next two days, lost another money. The manager said that we wont get any refund for the cancelled nights cause it’s not his responsibility that we got robbed. He said that our money is our responsibility and we are the ones to be blaimed. Don’t you ever EVER go to this place. It feels weird from the very beginning. I regret I have not trusted my intuition.

While the rooms and location are good, the service does not inspire confidence at the very beginning. When we arrived, we were greeted with the text “why did we arrive at 12 when check-in is at 14?”. After the second night of our stay, it turned out that a high amount of money had disappeared from our luggage. There are no signs of burglary, and the staff obviously does not admit to the theft, despite the fact that we were the only guests in the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned, so someone from the staff must have opened the door with a key and searched our belongings while we were away for a whole day. They also refuse to show us the cctv records, which covers the entrance to the room. The incident was reported to the police, and we immediately left the place, as it is not safe there. The staff refused to let us out of the area without opening the exit gate for us. An additional issue is that the entrance gates are locked and every time you call the staff and wait a long time for them to open them when you want to leave the hotel (the gate from the street is always closed, the one from the beach after dark). The hotel also does not want to refund money for prepaid upon arrival and unused nights. I advise against staying here if you don't want to be robbed. The man who appears to be managing the facility has behaved strangely from the start, which causes concern right from the start. The hotel is in urgent need of renovation, and is surrounded on the beach side by disgusting rusty barbed wire.
