This is a private appartement, in fact it is an annex at a house. Nothing is announced at the house, so you have to call them. They dont speak English, but it the incheck is not complecated. Keys on the door. It's a decent appartement with kitchen, bathroom and living room. Price is very budget. Not so far from the center.
