Positive aspects: close to the city center, pretty cheap, comfortable bed. Negative aspects: the room heavily smelled like cigarette and when we complained, the reception offered to spray parfum... obviously, not the solution we expected. The ceiling was stained due to the humidity.
糟糕透了。他们把我们安排在一楼一个很小的房间，正对着马路。噪音大得要命，我们整晚都没睡着。我们投诉后，工作人员却推卸责任，说是我们自己的错，因为我们“半夜”没投诉，也没明确表示“我们想睡觉”。我告诉他们，人们去酒店是为了休息，而且他们肯定已经收到其他客人的投诉了。这种房间根本就不应该营业，但他们当然不会承担责任，他们只想着赚钱。
酒店地理位置优越。如果您想要步行穿过市中心和历史名胜，那么距离一切都很近。房间很好，干净，舒适。早餐，非常好。工作人员非常好，愿意解决任何问题。唯一可悲的是，当我在车库里寻找汽车时，他们在上面做了标记，可能是另一辆车的车门。总有一些不尊重别人的人，不关心别人的事情。
