We were at our daughter’s wedding and the hotel staff were amazing , very accommodating to all of the wedding party and their guests. In particular Joseph and Gary who guided us and helped us finalise last minute arrangements and asks of the wedding party. Gary even assisted us in an ice connection for the bar at the wedding on the Saturday , his day off !!!! Amazing southern hospitality, keep being you guys and doing what you do , your are both top notch !!! Kind regards, Kirk and Claire

We stayed at this hotel for a nearby family reunion. The staff, Millie, Miesha, and Jacoby, were very welcoming and attentive. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I am not one to normally stay at a SpringHill property. I was traveling for business and did not have options. I had the suite. It was very roomy. Even though the hotel is on the "newer" side, it does not feel that "new." ...... NOW, let me tell you why I gave this a 5 star review - and it's not the furniture or the carpet. It's the people. My team has been at this property for almost 6 weeks. The Executive Housekeeper, Meisha Malloy, is WONDERFUL+++! Vonna Clark - also a property caretaker - is equally WONDERFUL! Joseph at the front desk is GREAT! These people worked tirelessly to make sure that the blankets were the way I wanted them, the trash was taken out when I wanted it done, and my work was not disturbed while in the room. Ms. Malloy and Ms. Clark ensured that every request I made was honored. Mr. Joseph called me every evening to ensure everything I needed for the following day was done in advance. These people were AMAZING to work with - and they made our whole team feel welcomed. I've been at Ritz and Regis properties - that did not have service like these people provided. The people made ALL of the differences for this stay! I hope the Property managers realize what a gem they have in this particular team. These three were - by far and beyond - the BEST parts of being stuck out of town for an extended stay.

Rooms were great but the breakfast on Sunday was a disaster. I made my reservation to stay until Monday morning but because of bad weather heading our way we left on Sunday the hotel charged me for an extra night anyway. When I called to get my Money back management told me that I shouldn't have checked out early. " they could have sold that room." I got penalized for not staying. Are you kidding me? Is that hotel hurting that bad for business that bad. Maybe that is why they cant hire staff to run breakfast. This hotel is shady. You have been warned.

This hotel is a very nice hotel and I have stayed before in the past when visiting SC, this was my hotel of choice but….. when did stealing become ok? I had a reservation through Monday June 16th I informed the front desk manager that I would be departing early and she told me I would be charged an early checkout out fee. I went to the desk on Sunday to checkout and in fact was not checked out on Sunday but was checked out on Monday. I reviewed the confirmation information provided when I made the reservation and also confirmed with Marriott customer care that NO where on their website does it state there will be a fee for early check out (the hotel is responsible for what’s on the website usually not third party information) I have been trying to get in touch with management and to my surprise (not) they will not answer or get on the phone.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. From front desk concierge services to the Hotel Manager. Every person working here was pleasant, kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, weather was even cooperating. Special thanks to Maria in Front Desk Services. She understood my serious health & dietary restrictions. At her urging I went and met the on grounds restaurant Dizzy's Executive Chef, Cori. She made me an exquisite meal tailored to my diet needs. The next morning, Chef Cori had a special breakfast tray waiting for me. Wrapped and protected from allergy risks. These details make SpringHill Suites stand out. You have won a customer for live.

One of the best Hotels I've stayed in. The staff (Orphra) was amazing, very pleasant and professional. Room was cleaned and very comfortable. Nice breakfast area and very convenient having a restaurant in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this particular hotel and if ever in the Cheraw area again, Springhill Suites would be my home away from home

Ophrah (at front desk); Tawanda & Tondra (at front desk and breakfast bar) provided excellent service. When Ophrah was off, she left very detailed instructions for the next person to follow to make sure everything went as planned. Because of them looking forward to next trip!

然后,免费早餐(房费中已包含)糟透了,食物种类不多,而且提供的也不是普通的早餐食品。“炒鸡蛋”根本没熟透,稀得底部都积水了!自助华夫饼的面糊太浓稠了,光是填满那个5盎司的小杯子就花了至少5分钟,所以你根本做不完一个完整的华夫饼,尤其如果你想在其他食物变冷之前吃的话。
总而言之,我们对这家酒店非常不满意,除非是像这次住宿一样的紧急情况,否则我们不会再住这里,也不会向家人、朋友、熟人或陌生人推荐Springfield Suites。我们宁愿开车45分钟到一个小时去住一家更好的酒店;一家员工对服务质量感到自豪的酒店。
