The hotel itself was nice and clean. However with a 3night stay we didn’t receive a room refresh and had to walk down to the lobby to get fresh towels.

Breakfast was unavailable. The comments were 'you have to get there early'. No, when one pays for the most expensive hotel in this town, you better have breakfast available during the stated hours.

The hang out area by pool is perfect with great bar and excellent wings just feet away. Our group stays 2-3 Times a year. Please Add a big Screen tv on firepit in weather proof box so can open and wztch games. Love this place. Tried to charge me $6 for parking but after arguing cant charge me for parking on the street, public property, they finally waived it. Need to do away with that hidden fee thst they add once their. Cheapens the experience. Everything else, staff,front desk, absolutely excellent. Rooms are luxurious. Keep up good work. Look forward to next trip

We were in town for a family members funeral. The hotel was definitely comfortable enough for us to relax when we came.back from such a stressful situation.

The free breakfast was actually good, and it wasn’t the fake eggs. Lol. Place was nice and clean and enjoyable.

This was a very nice hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. They did have breakfast included everything and it was good and hot food. Dining areas was very limited although I did go on a Sunday, it was hard to find places to eat after 7pm. Staff was really nice.

酒店就在警察局旁边，所以晚上被警笛声吵醒很烦人。好不容易睡着后，又在凌晨5:30左右被房间空调/暖气机发出的巨大嗡嗡声吵醒。暖气机完全不吹风，我们关掉了恒温器，但嗡嗡声还在继续。外面非常冷，导致我们房间几乎立刻就凉了下来。
然后，免费早餐（房费中已包含）糟透了，食物种类不多，而且提供的也不是普通的早餐食品。“炒鸡蛋”根本没熟透，稀得底部都积水了！自助华夫饼的面糊太浓稠了，光是填满那个5盎司的小杯子就花了至少5分钟，所以你根本做不完一个完整的华夫饼，尤其如果你想在其他食物变冷之前吃的话。
总而言之，我们对这家酒店非常不满意，除非是像这次住宿一样的紧急情况，否则我们不会再住这里，也不会向家人、朋友、熟人或陌生人推荐Springfield Suites。我们宁愿开车45分钟到一个小时去住一家更好的酒店；一家员工对服务质量感到自豪的酒店。
