酒店一楼是前台以及伴手礼区，房间干净设备齐全，健身房让我待得很舒服（可惜不带洗手间），顶楼有小型露天泳池。
多次入住，房间虽不大，但很温馨舒服。服务员都训练有素，非常有职业素养，有宾至如归的感觉。早餐还可以。
位置很好。早餐也不错，早上需要的一切都能提供。总的来说，员工非常友好和乐于助人，特别是前台的Lida女士和Sophea先生。
酒店还不错，但入住三天期间房间完全没有打扫，这点很让人失望。早餐也只是一般般。
房间比预计的小，和介绍的上面不同。
卫生：我早上出门十点半就按下打扫的灯，待我下午二点半回房间，还是没有做保洁，打电话给总台，他说会安排人过来。
服务：充分说明客房部人手不足，这是我住在金边六次中，最差的体验。
房间内跟本没有30几平方骗子
4.6米乘以4.5米只有20平方左右，我付款还说是35平方以上的大房间，其实只给了小房间，鱼目混珠卫生纸很差，水压也不稳一会冷一会儿热，早饭也不行很差，570多元不值上当了！

很棒的酒店和员工。我们回家前只住了一晚，但非常满意。员工非常友好和乐于助人。位置很好，但街道很窄，没有人行道，所以我们更喜欢坐嘟嘟车出行。
