Excellent staff, fantastic rooms, wonderful grounds, good dining. 5-star rating all day long except, critically, wifi unavailable in rooms. Still highly recommended and even more so as a base for the superb Bandhavgarh National Park and the magnificent tigers who live within. (NB. No mobile phones allowed in park, cameras only.)

The hotel is excellent,the food prepared fresh and is all delicious,the staff so friendly and helpful ,they even made me a suprise cake for my birthday... Excellent place to enjoy the Bandhavgar national park ,where we were lucky enough to see the sloth bear and 2 Tigers. Highly recommend this hotel

This was a repeat trip, and once again, Bandhav Vilas left us completely impressed. Some places never lose their charm—every visit here feels far too short, and we always leave craving to stay longer. Bandhavgarh continues to be one of our favourite wildlife destinations, and Bandhav Vilas remains our preferred hotel here. The property is expansive, beautifully maintained, and exudes timeless heritage vibes. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely sitting areas that make relaxation effortless after safaris. The food deserves special praise. It caters to all palates and proves that simplicity, when done right, can be extraordinary. Everyday dishes are delicious - masala tea, beet salad, tomato chutney, warm ginger lemon, and tava roti were all humble yet outstanding.The restaurant team is excellent and turns every meal into a pleasurable experience. Hi-tea with fellow travellers is well curated and becomes a fun social ritual to exchange daily wildlife sighting stories. Winter bonfires add an extra layer of warmth and charm to the evenings. What Makes Bandhav Vilas So Special? The real magic lies in the people - GM Vijay and his team make Bandhav Vilas truly exceptional. Vijay takes personal interest in every guest and ensures each stay is comfortable, memorable, and seamless. Hotel Manager Deepak, Restaurant Manager Mukesh and his fabulous team, the highly skilled naturalists, and the entire Bandhav Vilas staff go the extra mile to make guests feel genuinely welcomed. We booked naturalist Ram, and we highly recommend booking naturalist for a superior and insightful safari experience. Reservations were smoothly handled by Nitin from the Head Office, making the entire process effortless. This time, we also stayed at their sister property Bamboo Grove before moving to Bandhav Vilas—and that was another fabulous experience altogether. It has now become one more reason for us to keep returning to Bandhavgarh. Thank you to Vijay and entire Bandhav Vilas team for yet another lovely experience. We look forward to many more memorable trips here.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Everything to do with our game drives was well organised. The restaurant produced delicious food. Good buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Would stay there again. Well placed for the park.

The rooms were extremely comfortable with all the required amenities. It what was exceptional was the staff - they went well beyond to ensure we were so well looked after and as for the food it was exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending this to any group or individual looking for a base to visit the national park.

We spent an idyllic couple of nights here whilst on safari. Large comfortable rooms, great facilities (a lovely pool, badminton court and recessed fire pit courtyard). On site staff were a delight. Polite courteous and amusing. Food was served buffet style and was exceptional (including a delicious carrot pudding). Baloo (our driver/ guide on safari) was brilliant, working tirelessly & expertly, rewarding us with exceptional views of “Dottie” the tigress and a closeup encounter with a leopard. Wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you so much ❤️

Stayed here as part of a tour, found everything was clean and well maintained. Food was good with usual selections but it was the atmosphere and peace which made me feel relaxed. Rooms in chalet were large with the option of an indoor bathroom or an outside shower. Would recommend the Bandha Vilas

We booked a night stay at bandhav villas on 30th seep to 1st oct you will feel closest to nature and will have mesmerising memories. The staff and entire team deserves applause for their committment for personalised services to guests. Food quality is too good and you must book all meals plan. Overall a 10/10 experience!
