Biggest issues are the communication and the fact we got access codes for two rooms when one had been cancelled two weeks before and they told us we were in room 4 which already had people in it. It also says there is parking but it’s a residents only area and whilst we saw cars with visitors passes in their windows there were none available even though we were told you didn’t need one, saw a car further up the street with a ticket. Sound proofing is also very poor, can hear everything from the other rooms. On the plus side the linen was clean and the room was too, if a bit ‘lived in’
