The apartment was nice enough, but the unservicable air conditioning (ac) unit and the attitude of the owner ruined the visit. The ac was a free standing unit in the room, and the conections for the exhaust hose were damaged and heat distorted - pumping hot air back into the room. Without ac the temperature in the room was mid to high twenties centigrade - we got very little sleep. The owner tried to tell us the unit had been checked and was working perfectly the previous day - which was obviously untrue. Next she accused us of breaking it. The damage and heat distortion on the ac connecting plates looked like the result of longstanding use and a lack of maintenance. The owner totally denied any responsibility and just wanted to get rid of us so that she could flip the room. I would suggest avoiding this property.

Lovely stay which was great value for money! Hotels can be quite expensive in Gibraltar, so this budget friendly and yet impressive apartment was a fantastic choice! You cannot beat the central location, right next to main street too! The staff was always ready to help with everything. Would definitely recommend!

Our car was parked in Spain, we arrived late Sunday night. The aircon unit hose wouldn't stay on the unit (lugs broken) and pumped heat into the apartment. Heat also belted out from the gaps around the mis-shapen perpex bodge-job on the wall, with silver duct-tape around it. My partner emailed ANASTASIA immediately, but there was no response. The apartment was 28° and humid (we needed to sleep, we are on a road-trip). We either stayed or walked back to Spain and sleep in the car with our bags, so we stayed - but couldn't sleep. There was one window, which we kept open, the temperature dropped to 24°, but still too warm and humid to sleep. ANASTASIA replied in the morning, starting with "thanks for letting us know", shortly followed by declaring "it'd been checked yesterday, we must have broken it" - see photos of broken unit and disgraceful taped plastic around the unit exhaust. Also, that we needed to get out, there was another booking at 2pm. I've since read a review berating the aircon failing in August, 2 months ago (apartment 20), so the DID know and are just sitting it out. NO apology, NO recompense (we'd have happily slept elsewhere), its had a financial knock-on our schedule. Nasty people, don't waste your money.

We stayed in a "penthouse". This implies a luxury apartment which it was not by any stretch of imagination. It was a cramped double room with ensuite. It did have a little terrace. It does not have a kitchen or sitting room but in fairness it does not claim to have.

No hot water for 3 out of the 4 day stay staff didn’t reply and the out come more than poor said I didn’t message when clearly I did 30° and no hot water Very noisy won’t recommend or use again on arrival I tried calling and got no reply and was outside the premises for more than 15 minutes waiting for the code to get in not a great experience not one of the best streets in Gibraltar to have an apartment to stay yes it’s central but quite smelly the area and very noisy

This accommodation was far below expectations. Upon arriving at the room, we discovered various stains on the ceiling, walls, and the bottom mattress. These stains are typical of bedbugs, which I can confirm with certainty as I work in apartment renovations for housing companies and have encountered identical phenomena dozens of times before. Due to this, we had to leave immediately and seek new accommodation. The company renting out the apartment refused to provide any form of refund or compensation and took no responsibility for the situation. I strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation and instead choosing one of the many better alternatives available in Gibraltar.
