Lovely b and b, very close to a lovely lake. Nice bars/pubs and eating places just around the corner. Ideally situated for exploring the area. Chris, the host was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need for a stay. Would stay here again

My sister and I stayed here for three weeks whilst we waited to complete on our new house. We absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean and beautiful decor. The owner, Chris, was so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We were quite sad to leave. Would highly recommend. Thank you Chris for an amazing stay.

Stayed here for 8 nights in September. Room was large and clean and Chris was a great host who couldn't be more friendly or welcoming. Would stay here anytime around the Hollingworth Lake area and in a great location.

Stopped over night in one of the annex rooms, was greeted by Chris who was very helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water for the shower, I would highly recommend staying here.

I spent three nights in this perfectly located guest house, a couple of minutes walk to the edge of Hollingworth Lake, but quiet and peaceful. For those not travelling by car, there's a convenient train station less than half a mile away, and regular bus services to Littleborough and Rochdale. My large and spotless room had a very comfortable king-size bed. Chris was welcoming and extremely helpful. Although breakfast isn't included, the room was refreshed with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits every day - and there are sufficient early-opening cafes a few minutes walk away if a substantial breakfast is required. I really can't think of anything negative about this guest house or its host.
