We stayed for two nights and, despite the breathtaking setting, the chalet/house itself was disappointing. There was no hot water for our stay. The internet barely worked, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the sink was broken. After the first night we reported the hot water issue to staff, who said they would fix it—nothing changed. The apartment felt very old and musty, with an unpleasant smell. While the views are lovely, the property is poorly maintained and the staff were only partially helpful when problems were raised. Management did not offer any meaningful help despite our repeated complaints. Recommendation: Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place. The scenery is beautiful, but the basic facilities and response from staff were unacceptable.

We had a bit of a strange experience here this evening. The venue is really nice, looking out over the lake. It is nice to sit outside. There is a little playground for kids and there are farm animals and very cute cats. However, we felt a bit invisible to the staff. We actively had to get their attention to order multiple times. They did not ask us if we wanted new drinks after the first round was finished. When I managed to ask a staff member if we could order a dessert, he said no and to ask another member of staff, who never came to our table afterwards. No smiles, barely any eye-contact. My veal and vegetables dish was cooked really well, but my partner had a bland hamburger without any sauce and the fries were cold. So no, we probably wouldn't eat here again.
