Hard to find in the dark, hard to find the light switches, no plug in for our hair dryer in the bathroom, very sparse kitchen in regards to glasses, silverware, wine opener, no microwave- but a plus was the very nice American owners, and a nice location, wonderful bed, great outdoor furniture and lighting. Very good value if you arrive during the day!

酒店回复: I feel like we had different conversations… because you said how much you loved this place and how you would recommend it to everyone and even said you would post it on your website to send people here and that you would be my “travel agent”! There’s 10 glasses, 8 plates, 3 bowls… yes no wine opener but that’s hardly standard and I feel like you only included that because I told you if you needed anything extra for the kitchen just let me know, but a guest just took my wine opener… so this whole review is odd and you said you would be returning but please don’t come back if this is the review you’re making🙏 I have built great relationships with people who come here over and over and this is why I don’t like to discount the casitas, because people who pay more are literally more appreciative and anytime anyone gets the room for a cheap price, they are rude and cause problems, go figure. The last 10 reviews before you were 9s or 10s and I don’t know if it’s generational, but I don’t understand the purpose of this review after you told me about 10x and talked to me for at least 20 minutes about how much you loved the place.. Touch grass pls and thank you🙏 And there are 2 signs outside and I don’t control the street lights.. It’s not hard to find and you also made a point of telling me your call was answered immediately when you got here and the owner was “great” in guiding you right to your room, and also I don’t remember the last time I entered a hotel room where I could easily find a light switch😂 I always use my phone flashlight. But also I’m almost always here to help people check in. You made the reservation at 8pm on a Thursday and showed up right afterwards, so I was gone for about a half hour and you said everything was fine when I got home, acted v nice and literally raved about the place only to leave this review. Like I said I don’t know if it’s generational or if you’ve never run an online business to know how reviews affect ratings, but why say all that in person to leave a review like this? I normally don’t even respond to reviews but I don’t understand this at all after our conversation/the way you acted in person… weird a f

Its like a home very comfortable and spacious. The hosts were welcoming and attentive to our needs they said to ask and recieve whatever we needed. It is very clean.

我们不能使用炉子，因为里面没有煤气，而且没有地方加热食物。除此之外，一切都很棒。这个地方非常非常安静和安全。我一定会回来的。距离圣费利佩木板路非常近，因此去商店、餐馆等都很方便。
当我到达时，一切似乎都很好，但他们不允许控制空调，天气很冷，安装的炉子没有煤气矿，温暖的淋浴水很冷，风扇很脏，业主很友好，但很难与她沟通，电器很脏，这令人失望，我不推荐它，除非你只是想睡觉然后离开。
