Lovely Hostel located on a quiet street with a 10 minute walk from the port and 5 from the beach, like everything else all the restaurants, shops etc. are also not far away. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and the bads are very comfy. The breakfast is switching and was also good. You can relax in the garden and have a beer which they are also selling for 35 pesos.

Great hostel! We slept in a tipi, which was good for comfort and space. Overall the hostel is really nice, people are all nice and there is really a good vibe and atmosphere there. There are many activities and services proposed by the hostel staff. It’s a very good place to make new friends an plan activities with them. The breakfast was included and was different every morning, which was quite nice. The showers and bathroom were super clean at all time. The Wi-fi was not always working properly but that’s a common issue in Isla Holbox. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back :)

Mapache Hostel was great for our stay. The staff was very friendly and always offered their help if something was needed! We also spent one day with Mentsa, one of the receptionists and had a great time with her. The area outside was perfect to hangout, eat and enjoy the place with the other traveller. There were hammocks to chill and even tables with power outlets, which were very practical.

Very friendly and chilled hostel in the heart of holbox. The team are excellent and it has all of the stuff you would expect within a backpackers hostel. I stayes in one of their rustic 'huts' which was sizeable and fairly cool with the fans. Breakfast was decent and different each day and plenty of activities in the evening.

This was a great hostel to stay at!!! Really close to the centre of Holbox and to the beach. The staff were super friendly and it was a nice vibe. Clean rooms, comfy beds, aircon at night and a great atmosphere!
