We visited Chateau De Leugny in July 2024 as we needed somewhere to stay for three-nights whilst attending a wedding about 15-minute’s drive away. We consider ourselves lucky to have found such a superb and beautiful chateau, hosted by Valerie and Chistoffe. The chateau is exactly what you imagine a chateau should be, the décor delightful and the grounds are lovely including the outdoor swimming pool. Our room was very comfortable although would have benefited from a wardrobe and coat hooks. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. The local town is, well, sleepy, but has a nice boulangerie and a well-stocked general food store. We highly recommend Chateau De Leugny and if we needed to attend the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your home.
