Had a “premier” room. Had all the facilities. The carpet was dirty and very badly bleached/ stained. In lots of places. Lift and corridors were also dirty.

Stayed here prior to my wife having major surgery the following day at Gateshead hospital so we were hoping for a warm welcome and a relaxing overnight stay. The stay was indeed comfortable and the meal in the restaurant was reasonable enough but the check in process was a little embarrassing. Just as we presented ourselves at reception, someone shot into a side room and could be heard shouting "Well I'm not gonna check them in, somebody else will have to!!" At that moment a member of staff appeared behind us and said "Someone will attend to you shortly, take no notice of misery guts". Staff disputes take place in every workplace but paying guests shouldn't have to witness them.

因为工作原因,我在这里住过很多次了。位置绝佳,员工超级友善,而且非常干净。性价比很高。酒店里有餐厅和酒吧,不过价格有点贵,但马路对面(步行2分钟)就有一家酒吧和一家烧烤店。
停车免费,车位总是很充足。酒店本身位于一个零售园区内,有时会比较繁忙,但我从来没遇到过停车难的问题,从四月份到现在我至少在这里住了40晚了。
老实说,我平时不写评论。但好评确实是实至名归的。
我最近住在纽卡斯尔Team Valley的Premier Inn酒店,为了提前入住额外支付了15英镑,因为酒店网站上说可以提前入住,所以从11:00开始。然而,我们到那里后被告知没有空房,最后在12:30才订到房间。我联系了Premier Inn,要求他们退还我的15英镑,结果却被告知,由于我在15:00之前就入住了房间,所以他们不会退还我的钱,我觉得这很不公平。
入住了3晚尊贵升级客房,含早餐。房间一尘不染,设施齐全。工作人员热情友好,彬彬有礼。停车位充足,地理位置优越,方便前往纽卡斯尔及周边地区。
电视上的HDMI接口没法用,我的设备也用不了;厕所里有股难闻的气味;套餐里的食物和饮料菜单上那些不错的菜品竟然还要额外收取隐藏费用,而且菜品也充其量只能算是一般般。我的牛排等了半个小时还没熟。考虑到这家位于工业区中心的酒店,我本来以为套餐里应该包含所有菜品,而不是只包含最便宜的菜品,结果套餐几乎省不了多少钱。

还行。没有吉尼斯黑啤。没有扎啤苹果酒。人手不足。没有凉拌卷心菜。令人失望的是,虾仁鸡尾酒和广告宣传的不一样,比如没有黑麦面包。不接受刷卡。据说是临时措施,虽然招牌好像已经立了一段时间了。房间和其他Premier Inns一样。员工很友好。
