I was used my citi visa for hotel deposit during the stayed from 06 Jul to 09 Jul whom requested by hotel staff and found that there was double charge of AUS 584.44 (2 times) at my citi visa. They should not charges me as I had already paid to trip com. Further more the hotel staff told me they will send me the invoice thru my email n yet I did not receive at all and why they invoice me. They should billed to trip com, the hotel charges should be between tripcom and hotel. Kindly investigate and remove the double charges for hotel via my citi visa ASAP. If have any queries, pls do not hesitate to contact me or via email ASAP. Thanks

房间虽然小了一些,但是能够满足居住需求,设施设计的也比较合理,酒店的位置非常得好,离close超市商业区非常的近,酒店对面有一家泰国餐厅网红店去吃过口味很好,不要在饭点时去会遇到排队。酒店还有个设计非常合理的,就是如果不需要打扫卫生服务的话,会每天奖励10澳元可以到楼下的餐厅进行消费,这点设计非常合理。
房间比想象的小,比想象中的更简陋。类似国内7天的水平。完全没有大堂,其实就是一个酒吧配套的一些房间。前台就是酒吧的一个小柜台而已。最可怕的是卫生极差,住了是5天,两次不打扫卫生,从始至终不更换床上用品,不更换毛巾。卫生打扫水平也极差。纸屑杂物随处可见。毛巾非常肮脏,沾上的口红印都洗不干净,左一块红右一块红的,太恶心了。还1000多块钱一晚。绝对差评。
悉尼市中心的好地方。探索这座城市的绝佳位置。离机场也不远。非常方便。
前台姐姐很热情!来到异国他乡很温暖!楼下的小酒吧很有情调,并不吵闹。
悉尼很美,当时正好是“Vivid Sydney”灯光秀,晚上的灯光非常漂亮。
房间好看,就是有些小,环境和装修很不错,前台也很有耐心,可以提前寄存行李,走的时候也可以寄存行李,这一点很方便。

一家很棒的酒店,如果你提早抵达或已经退房,他们可以帮你寄存行李。房间漂亮又时尚。地理位置很好。以这个价位来说,酒店设施不多,也在意料之中。总的来说是一次很棒的体验。

酒店房间有点小,一楼是酒吧,在酒吧柜台check in,早餐除了柜台旁边的自助水果啥的,也可以单点,包含在携程预订的餐费里,还是很值当的,位置离地铁站说远不远说近不近
酒店员工非常好,很友好。房间很干净。如果你没有要求每天打扫房间,他们会提供一张10澳元的代金券。酒店位置也很方便。如果再来悉尼,还会预订入住这家酒店。
