Of all the places that we stayed in Bulgaria, all of them good, this was perhaps the best. High up, amid the tall trees and next to the beautiful Smolyan Lakes, with clear air and nature all around. The room was large, clean, well equipped and had a balcony. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful, from reception right through to the hands-on manager. The restaurant and bar were easy going with tasty food clearly prepared fresh on the day. We are already missing the mountains.

Excellent quiet location, great for walks. Has all you need, including spa, restaurant and rooms are great. Clean and spacious with very helpful staff and management. Would recommend for summer or winter stay..
环境很好，典型的旅游度假酒店，在大山里，旁边还有个湖。房间就是老欧洲款式，比较普通，但也算干净整洁，主要是附近环境很好。
只可惜我是来出差的。。。
地理位置优美安静，干净整洁，维护良好。床很舒服——我们住的是一套两居室公寓，配有厨房设施和带阳台的起居室。提供优质的洗漱用品，以及种类丰富的免费茶、咖啡和软饮。早餐很棒，晚餐价格合理。
不提供水疗服务，位置僻静幽雅，空气清新，可欣赏山林美景。
位于迷人湖区内的迷人酒店，值得一游。酒店不错 - 公寓式客房，配有独立客厅、走廊和浴室。工作人员热情友好。游泳池和水疗设施很棒。晚餐在传统餐厅享用，很不错
没有说我们需要预订这顿饭......我们饿着肚子离开......
