家庭公寓房空间大,适合一家出行时入住。屋内设施较齐全,如果能有咖啡机就更好了。窗外景色是差评,限定版工地海景房。

预定前,看到了有很多差评说酒店卫生很差,我并没有听劝,下午三点了还没有收拾好房间,在前台等了快半小时,入住后才发现自己是那么的天真可爱,以为自己是幸运的,被子枕套床单浴袍,浴袍我真的笑死,都黄成那样了也不换,没一件是没有污渍的,不知道是什么黄色的一片一片的,打电话给前台要求更换,来的服务员一直在推脱责任而不是道歉,两个房间无一例外,换了一套还是脏的换了一套还是脏的,直到换了三四套,实在没辙了,然后凌晨三点多了酒吧还在咚咚响,然后早晨酒店阳台50米处有一个超大的施工场地全部都是重工业响声,真是,最后!!!大家伙仔细端详一下吧。
1. 我的入住办理流程比我朋友的慢很多,尽管我需要办理三间房的入住,但前台人员问了很多问题,整个过程至少花了30分钟?不确定这是否正常。
2. 对于一家在谷歌上被评为五星级的酒店来说,房间的清洁度简直糟糕透顶。最糟糕的是,入住当天,客厅的一个角落里竟然有昆虫尸体(如图所示)。即使在客房服务之后,它们也还在那里。
3. 晚上回到房间后,发现放在餐桌上的现金不见了。是不是被客房服务人员当成“小费”拿走了?可是他们连昆虫尸体都没清理干净,还配得上小费吗?
4. 厨房水槽在第一次维修后又堵塞了。
5. 入住当天,四份牙刷套装中有两份是开封的,并且牙膏不见了。
尽管有这么多糟糕的经历,但我很高兴那里的保安都很友好。
地理位置: 酒店的位置极佳,交通便利,出门就是地铁站,去各个景点和商业区都非常方便。周边也很安静,晚上休息得很好。
服务态度: 从下车时礼宾的主动开门和帮拿行李,到前台工作人员快速、热情地办理入住,每一位员工都面带微笑,让人感觉宾至如归。特别感谢前台小王,耐心地回答了我的所有问题,并贴心推荐了附近的特色美食。
房间设施: 房间比想象中更宽敞和整洁!床品非常舒适,一夜好眠。卫浴干湿分离,热水充足,洗漱用品品质也不错。免费的Wi-Fi网速很快,工作和娱乐都很顺畅。
服务非常好,员工都很友好。非常享受在这家酒店的住宿,酒店还为我们的周年纪念日做了简单的布置。让我们在这里留下了美好的回忆。我们会很快再来的,谢谢你们。
离机场很近,交通便利。
员工非常友好(从正门入口的保安就笑容满面地迎接)。
酒店条件很好。
房间非常干净。
屋顶游泳池和酒吧令人印象深刻。
早餐很好吃。
因为一家人出行,这家酒店有两室一厅的公寓房,携程也特别推荐这家酒店放在珍南海滩酒店排列前面,虽然价格有点高,但看显示是五星级,也就毫不犹豫下单定了4晚,入住以后感觉酒店服务很一般,房间很大,客厅也很大,但是配备的设施很一般,虽然带厨房,但是没有餐具,只有三个煎锅和一个烧水壶。早餐也非常一般,口味偏印度菜系,每天打扫卫生有个问题就是不换床品,只更换毛巾浴巾。说是海景房,但是只能看见一点点海,前面有一片树林遮挡且阳台前面巨大一个建筑工地,去海滩也很不方便,需要酒店电瓶车送去海滩,再打电话去接回,非常不方便。酒店达不到五星,顶多四星标准。其次这个酒店还很奇葩的是多要一床被子收了40马币,离开退房因晚班机想延迟退房被拒,请携程出面协调两天都被拒绝,酒店回复可以延迟,但要收费延迟一小时收100马币,后来携程客服不断跟酒店交涉答应免费延迟一小时。这其中的曲折真的很无语,携程客服很nice,一路都在努力去争取交涉和安抚客人。为携程点赞👍
酒店位置不算好,在珍南海滩边上,去哪里都需要打车。对面有几家餐厅还不错👍,尤其是遇见海鲜餐厅,老板成都人,开业九个月,味道价格都很不错👍,我们连续吃了四顿。
超爱这家酒店。我们住的是带海景的初级套房,阳台正对着美丽的日落,简直太棒了。浴室也很赞,设施一应俱全。楼顶的泳池和健身房我们也用了很多次。下次再来的话,我们还会选择住这里!
另外,早餐的选择也很丰富,非常棒!
基本上卫生条件都不错。 清洁。 服务态度也很好。 前几天都住着, 不小心落下钱包。 打电话回酒店问问。 可能是退房高峰期… 好旧都没人去帮我查看! 但最后找到还是原封不动还给我。
