Warning don’t stay in the jardim blue suite, room needs a good refresh, new flooring/ bed /bathroom refurb. It’s just a dirty unkept worn out room which is located in an apartment and there is another room next to yours, shared dining table: kitchenette in a communal area, however you do get a larger noisy fridge in your bedroom within easy arms length whilst in bed, if it’s privacy your after get a proper hotel room this is really is hostel style accommodation. Try getting a refund is useless once you’ve entered the room and then leave

Substandard accommodation in need of redecoration and refurbishment, do not take notice of the 3D tour on the website it bears little to the actual accommodation, book a proper hotel instead. I only stayed 32 minutes and left, still trying to get a refund so beware you have been warned.

Avoid staying here, terrible.
As soon as you approach from outside it is an immediate turn off. Scruffy front entrance and door which needs to be painted, the location is appalling we had to wait for the keys to activate luckily the maintenance man was there carrying out repairs. After entering into the shared accommodation communal area then into the designated room only to find that it really needs a good refresh, flooring worn out, bathroom floor is painted finish which is worn out, the decoration in the room needs redoing, the bed left a lot to be desired in fact more like a large camp bed, the room was just unkept and dirty. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website they bear no resemblance to the actual place.

Easy access to the sightseeing spot downtown
Good air conditioning, smooth check in, the property sent us detailed instruction prior to our arrival, not a very long walk from Caiscas Train station. The bathroom was clean, a little bit humid, but there is a towel warmer to dry the towels. We love the amenities in the common area, very clean, there was a fridge and microwave. The communication with the property representative via whatspp is very good, instant response.
