The staff are very friendly and helpful here. The facilities (2 kitchens plenty of toilets/showers) are really good. They have a roof terrace area to watch the world go by below :) They have the biggest locker/ bag area I've seen at a hostel. Note there are 5 storeys to this place so ask for a lower level if you don't like stairs. :)
