I want to mention to all those looking to stay here while at Alappuzha, Vahada group has laid their business by occupying a decent area in the outskirts of the town, they managed a vast campus area on the front and the rooms are well designed spacious and all bathroom fittings accessories are of top bracket companies, semi luxury creatively designed.. but but.. hold on here.. this does not suffice, as their restaurant has the worst of the worst food priced beyond imagination, stale food served looking at the occupancy of the hotel, 1 or 2 guests at the most they know their worst inventory and nightmare.. hence no focus on chef's what he is been cooking and serving the guest.. MD has a big chamber but he is hardly in the hotel premises.. these guys are facing huge losses due to poor presence in the town, they have nothing to offer, atleast they should sell their rooms hard to all business travelers more and bring in the revenues, pay salaries to staff.. check for areas of improvement. Yes one more area, there are no laundry services, no washing machines or blowers to wash n dry facility.. Poor hospitality services, having a beautiful building does not make up a good hotel ! sorry folks look for something else..

After taking order waiting hrs is 45 minutes it's very worse experience , please confirm wheather this is normal or not ,,We are expecting minimum customer friendly experience from premium type hotel.............,....................

The suite room was very spacious and comfortable for three of us. It had two bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The location of the Hotel was good. Room service food and service was good and prompt. For braekfast (no buffet but ala carte), there were limited options but the food was good. However the lunch we tried to have at the rstaurant was a big disappointment. It took 2 hours for finishing our lunch and the food was below average. We were the only guests in the dining room and the food took very very long to arrive.
