It's a fairly new hotel, but it's starting to wear. The luggage cart was broken and duct-taped. The bathroom fixtures are loose. The rooms facing the interstate are very noisy. Noise-dampering curtains or shades need to be installed.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to where I was working.

This hotel is amazing . Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help especially Debbie & Lisa …The pillows are soft and bed is clean and fresh . Anytime I’m in conyers this is my spot 💪.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! the shower was really nice had great water pressure. the staff were very friendly and nice!

Good hotel, I wish my room had a coffee machine. Waiting in line at 7 am is not something I enjoy.

Modern design and friendly service that’s there whenever you need it. There’s nothing more important than a good night’s rest. That’s why we’ve made thoughtful decisions with every inch of space focusing on sound sleep, with high-quality mattresses and bedding, black-out roller shades, and a sound-reducing headboard. Again, we apologize for not having microwaves and coffee stations in the guest rooms. Those amenities are not part of the Avid brand.
入住了大半个月了，整体都不错，房间卫生环境很好，服务台服务也不错，续住了很多次。酒店好找就是对我来说选了一些。
首先，我们办理入住的时候等了很久，因为工作人员就没准时来上班。然后，我们的房间还没准备好，我们只好继续等，换了个房间。接着，电视也用不了，虽然有Netflix（奈飞）但根本打不开。我们打电话给前台，他们说Netflix在这里不能用。总而言之，太令人失望了，我才刚到这里一个小时呢。
空调声音非常大，感觉快坏了。上午10点，客房服务员不停地敲门，问我是否要退房，但退房时间是上午11点。我觉得这很不专业，因为我把闹钟定在10:30，不停地敲门让我觉得很被打扰。
这些以前从未帮我办理过入住手续的人，这次不仅双倍扣了我的信用卡，还没有提前告知我，否则我就可以用另一张卡支付了。更离谱的是，他们竟然没有给我办理退房。
