Great experience in Bloom Hotel Jammu Staff is good, thanks to Satish front desk great service clean room and nice view , but food quality is ok and restaurant staff is very unprofessional and rude , on the basis of room bloom is best .

Our stay is excellent and Mr Ajay and Mr Rahul from House keeping is very professional in service and all Front office staff is very helpful .Room cleaning is very well white and yellow combination I like it .
