Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Management and Poor Service I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent 7-day stay (5 rooms booked for a Senior Citizens family group). Our experience was highly disappointing due to the following reasons: 1. False Claims Regarding Hot Water The hotel’s claim of "24-hour hot water" is completely false. The system relies entirely on solar water heaters. If there is no sunlight, guests are forced to bathe in cold water the next day. Even on sunny days, if you don't shower early in the morning, the hot water runs out. Despite repeated complaints, we were provided with a single bucket of hot water—similar to a low-budget dormitory (Dharmshalas) and even that required 2-3 reminders. 2. Repetitive and Poorly Managed Breakfast The breakfast menu was a joke. It was limited to Puri Bhaji and Paratha every single day. Other items like Idly or Vada, Sambar, corn flex, Milk and the Toast were only made upon specific request. For the first three days, butter cubes were provided with toast; then, they started applying butter themselves, and eventually, they served plain dry toast without Butter. When questioned, the staff blamed "market supply issues." It was only after a heated complaint to senior management that a few pieces of butter appeared from the kitchen, while other guests had already left after eating dry Toast. The lack of variety and basic hygiene in food management was appalling. 3. Unhygienic Elevators and Kitchen Management The kitchen is located on the 4th floor, meaning all food arrives lukewarm or cold. Most disturbingly, the same elevator used by guests is used to transport leftover food, dirty dishes, and garbage. The stench inside the lift is unbearable, making it impossible to travel even for a minute. Despite requests, the staff avoided to use room fresheners in the lift or the reception area, leaving a terrible first impression of the property. 4. Plumbing Issues and Lack of Maintenance The washbasins in every room were leaking. Even after 10 times separate complaints, no repairs were made. The reception staff was completely uncooperative and showed zero urgency in solving these issues. 5. Disgruntled Staff The lack of management is so evident that even the junior staff expressed their unhappiness privately, mentioning that they intend to quit and find jobs elsewhere due to the chaotic working environment. Conclusion: This hotel is run extremely unprofessionally. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable or hygienic stay.

Poor hotel. Never come to this hotel. No empathy towards family. My 9 months old son was really unwell. And they didn't allow me cancel next day booking. Front desk manager has nothing else to say but to just pay money. At such a holy place you have a hotel.and no empathy for small kid.

It was a comfortable stay after a long drive. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant has diverse options for food staff very very polite and good all most everything good

入住和退房服务都还可以。床单和枕套的清洁度有待提高,洗手间倒是还行。我住这里主要是为了睡觉,白天都出去玩了。我个人不是特别挑剔,但酒店确实还有改进的空间。
早餐不错,就是选择可以再多一点。比如第二天早餐有印度米糕(idli),第一天就没有,是自助餐形式的。
住宿体验非常好,员工很有礼貌。
食物也很美味。
而且停车位很多。
