Breakfast is extremely limited, don’t expect much. Front desk is also very brief with their interaction. We needed more soap as there was none in the room and instead of having someone fill it, the lady just handed me a tube and told me to put it in the shower container myself.

The breakfast attendant didn’t seem to care the the food trays and fork holders were empty at 8:15 during the middle of the breakfast time.

The staff was amazing. There were so many people there this weekend but they managed everything perfectly. Very pleased. My kids loved the pool and we had a wonderful time.

The soap dispensers in the rooms had to be squeezed to get soap. That is a filthy wsy to get soap. When someone poops, they have ecoli on their hands. Having to touch the soap dispenser with poop on your hands would transmit ecoli. Ecoli has made people very sick and has killed people.

This probably the 4 or 5 time we stayed at this Tru. We have always been very pleased with the room and the staff. Only downside is the parking lot is too small.

The hallways smelled and our room had a toilet that wobbled and wasn’t attached to the floor.

北卡州盖斯顿希尔顿Tru酒店，性价比还不错的选择！酒店位于高速旁，交通便利，对面有肯德基和一家超赞的牛扒馆，用餐超方便。卫生条件尚可，和国内的超豪华快捷酒店水准差不多。唯一不太满意的就是早餐种类偏少，好在鸡蛋、肉类都有供应。另外我住店时车胎被扎了，不过我觉得应该是自己不小心导致的，毕竟美国这片的治安还是靠谱的，不至于有人故意扎胎。整体而言，适合自驾出行或者短途住宿的朋友！
对我来说，最重要的是房间和浴室都很干净。我的房间非常干净。一个小缺点是冰箱有点吵，吵醒了我，而且位置不太方便，就在主路口旁边。早餐我吃的是炒鸡蛋之类的；看起来像海绵，吃起来很稀。我不知道他们是怎么做到的？不过至少咖啡不错。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。
