Great location for where all the pubs and clubs are. But if you're wanting to get to sleep, the music from outside can go on till 4am. Nice and big and spacious, sheets and towels clean. No lift if you are bad on your feet. Hair dyer. Iron and board. Washing machine. Windows dont open. We got woke up at 5.20 am with the fire alarm going off. Took the guy in charge and fire service 45 minutes to get to us. While everyone was in their pjs outside and cold. There is no information anywhere regarding fire root or where to go . Fire doors locked with a code button ( which we didn't know it) could do with a good clean in the hall ways.

Best avoided. Had to take suitcases up 3 narrow flights of stairs. Did not advise that there are no lifts. Paying of security deposit not user friendly as no ability to pay it online. Apartment block is next to a nightclub so had to put up with thumping music and shouting till 3am midweek.

The apartment itself was big with washing machine, iron etc and everything we used seemed to be clean and the tv had Netflix. However it was very warm the weekend we were there and the apartment was stifling. The previous weekend was even hotter and would have been unbearable I think. The aircon units/fans were not working so need replacing. The key codes have to be collected from a boutique hotel in the main shopping area but it’s not a long walk to the apartments and easy to find. You use a code to get in the building, then a code to open a secure box to access a key, open the door then lock the key away until next time you use it. Saturday night the noise lasted literally until sunrise, Sunday night wasn’t so bad, but it wasn’t a Bank Holiday! 😁 Others have said that their deposits were a long time in being returned but we checked out Monday and mine has been returned today ( Friday). If you are with a hen party etc and out all night partying then these apartments will suit you but I wouldn’t stay here with a young family etc.

Booked and paid for a 3 bedroom unit as we wanted separate bedrooms for us all (older family/adult kids & partner, etc.). This was so important to me that I checked by phone and message beforehand that it was a 3 bedroom PLUS living room/sofa bed and was told both times, yes that is what you've booked. Excellent. Except when we arrived it was a 2 bedroom, which meant one of the adults had to sleep on the sofa and one couple was in the living room with them on a sofa bed! The company did nothing for us. They admitted they made a mistake, but offered nothing but a round of drinks at their hotel which we didn't bother with and a £50 refund. £50 for conning us out of one entire bedroom for a weekend is RUBBISH. DO NOT TRUST, would never book with them again. Also there's a £300 deposit that I await a refund for. The kitchen is ill-equipped, no washing up liquid, no recycling bins/bags. Pans are rubbish, dishes very few. Now the WORST PART... The NOISE! The noise from Concert Square is DEAFENING and goes on until past 5am when the street sweeper starts. It's worse than you can ever imagine. And permeates through the walls and windows (you cannot open the windows, so it is stifling hot too). We had to buy earplugs in Boots for the 2nd night. If you're a hen/stag group and you're out til 5am, it won't bother you probably, but if you another adult group or god forbid a family with younger kids, avoid, avoid, avoid! The good bits; Shower pressure is very good (although the door is not wide enough, so the water goes all over the floor). Apartment is modern and was clean.

I would advise anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere. I booked 2 apartments months in advance for a stag do of 16 people . We arrived at our apoartments only to be told it had been changed to one on the other side of town and because of this we missed our activity which we had payed for. Once our security deposit was payed it was impossible to contact the company regarding WiFi codes , fresh linen ,toilet paper ect . We only got one key per apartment which was a logistical nightmare and to top it all off when I got home I was told it could take up to 30 days to get my security deposit back . The staff on the telephone were less than useless and hung up on me several times before blocking my number . If you want to avoid a massive headache and wildly unprofessional staff do not book your accomodation through this company .

21/2/2025 - Currently just got back from a hen weekend at Wood street apartments Concert Square Liverpool. All I can say is AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The promise of a Luxury apartment fell well short of expectation. Too many things wrong to list, and to be quite honest I want to forget the experience. IT WAS TRULY AWFUL !!!!!!!

Avoid these apartments if you can.. .group of us booked 2 apartments...firstly we had to go to a different location to pay a deposit.. they wanted £100 per person...there were 10 of us and I refused to pay £1000 deposit so they reduced it to £500. ..I told them it was my Christmas money so I hope I get it back soon...the receptionist said 2/3 days...turns out I didn't get it back for another 30 days as I had used a Revolut card...no mention of this when I paid ,so didn't get my deposit back until January...absolute disgrace....when I kept phoning about it I got nowhere..I told them I needed it for Christmas but they weren't interested...the apartments were ok not somewhere I'd go with family but ok for a group of girls... I'll never book with these again...

一般般。酒店旁边有家很吵的酒吧，每晚音乐声和吵闹声会持续到凌晨三点。而且还得提着行李箱爬三层狭窄的楼梯。不推荐。
我们住在 4 号公寓，可住 8 人，配有 4 张双人床、一间浴室和一个带一张桌子和 8 张椅子、2 张沙发、电视和厨房的大客厅。设施非常齐全，床非常舒适。位于市中心，隔壁有许多酒吧和餐馆，距离洞穴俱乐部不到 10 分钟路程。独特但：该区域非常吵闹，窗户不隔音，无法正确关闭，白天和晚上都有很多噪音进入。而且他们没有窗帘，只有板条百叶窗，可以让所有的光线进来。如果想睡觉，耳塞和眼罩是必不可少的。
