The location of this is great. Beyond that the rooms are run down. I can see this as a step up from a hostel as the rooms each have a shower. But the beds were springy and there is no AC so the snug double (which we expected) was hotter than hell and the windows open much didnt heap, but we did and for an hr every night you could hear every car that left the car park next door.
Don’t eat at the pizza joint next door. Worst mistake I made the whole trip.

Fantastic location with friendly staff
Fantastic stay in a modern room with a good sized double bed and good shower room. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The communal area is well maintained and spacious. Good location close to Smithfield and some great pubs.

I booked this as I had visited before but not stayed. My son stayed for an Erasmus semester in 2019. The place was new and facilities really good, it was expensive though. Clearly non of the money made in the past 5 year has been invested in the place. It is now shabby and in great need of cleaning and decorating. The staff were indifferent, the wasn't clean, bathroom was covered in hairs and the shower had remains of toilettes on the walls and black mould. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable the room was too hot but we couldn't leave the window open as it was to noisy. We couldn't use the laundry as the card machine wasn't working. The communal kitchen was also dirty. There was a white board on the wall that someone had kindly drawn a figure on with large genitals. Might have been a good idea to clean it before renting the place out!! The kitchen had cutlery and crockery, one small frying pan and a saucepan. there were no cooking utensil, chopping board, or shape knives. I spoke to reception about this and they seemed surprised at the lack of these items. When we returned later there were 2 new chopping boards and 2 knives. Better but hardly adequate. Hostels provide more. We were pleased to leave.

Hotel is ok for a couple of nights. The facilities are nice, great common area with snooker, music room, cinema room, bowling (!!). The room is not so great, it was very hot inside (27o celsius marked in the ac screen) and we could not control AC. Also too much sunlight in the morning and bed was not confortable we could feel the springs. We did not hear much noise aroubd so hotel seems to be well isolated. Location is ok for us, 20-30min walking to center and great to have Lidl 1min way. Instagram Picnaria

住宿距离约15m。步行到市中心，在一个安静的区域，隔壁有一家超市。接待处的人都是年轻人，对我们非常友善。 房间对于一个人来说很完美，但是对于两个人来说，房间很小，床很窄。除了淋浴间的某些角落外，它们都很干净。我们的浴室里有洗发水和凝胶，接待处还有更多。 每天早上，接待处都会放上热水、茶、速溶咖啡和饼干，供外出散步前饮用。 由于是公寓内的房间，所以共用一个客厅，配有冰箱、厨房等。非常适合早餐、晚餐等。 由于是学生宿舍，年轻人很多，但是晚上睡眠还是很尊重的，我们睡觉没有问题。简而言之，我们喜欢它！
