Rooms and Bathroom both need maintenance. The room was provided at the corner hence stay was peaceful. Hotel cleanliness was very average and sometime bad as used plates will remain in corridor for hours together/even overnight. At the front desk staff had communication/understanding problem. Worst of all lady GM was very arrogant. She being in hospitality industry such arrogance/behaviour was not expected. Its only one of front desk lady and coupe of front desk staff who were polite and dissent. Breakfast was the worst and unhygienic. Every day was the same menu except change in one or two items. Sandwiches, breads, fruits etc were kept open. Breakfast was served in terrace where you will find pigeon dropping all around. Parking the vehicle was also problematic, One had to park on the roadside.

⭐ Avoid Lords Inn, Rajkot — Very Disappointing Stay This was my first visit to Rajkot, and unfortunately, my experience at Lords Inn fell far below expectations. At check in, everything appeared satisfactory, but once I got to my room, several issues became apparent. The fridge wasn’t working, and it took three days for the staff to fix it after multiple reminders. The air conditioning also wasn’t functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, this is definitely not the place. My room was on the 12th floor, directly beneath the restaurant. All night long, I could hear chairs and tables being dragged across the floor — the noise continued until around 3–4 AM and started again at 5:30 AM. Despite speaking to the on-site manager several times, nothing was done. I eventually had to go up to the restaurant myself to ask the floor manager to stop the noise. Room service was another major disappointment. Orders were often wrong or completely forgotten, and when food or drinks did arrive, they were cold. The key card system was also frustrating. Only one card is provided per room, and it’s needed to use the elevator. So if you’re sharing the room and one person leaves, the other could be left in the dark. On top of that, the key cards are only programmed day by day, meaning you have to keep going back to reception to reactivate them — a real hassle for longer stays. Everytime this was raised with staff the only reply was, “you are keeping to too close to your phone”. This was not the case!! Despite being kept away from a phone it still didn’t work. The cleanliness is also not the best, towels often having stains on them, ***** with the pillows. When I finally spoke to the general manager, she acknowledged my concerns and said she would raise them in a team meeting. However, there was no offer of any goodwill gesture, which was surprising considering I had booked four rooms. Overall, my stay at Lords Inn Rajkot was extremely disappointing. There are clearly serious management and maintenance issues, and I would strongly advise against staying here until these problems are addressed.

Experienced dirty smell through out floor including rooms. After repeated complaint no body attended and resolved the issue. Terrible breakfast, idle was just like rubber and options was not at all upto the mark. In short Hopeless hotel.

We had our dinner in Lords Inn Rajkot at their rooftop restaurant The Lime Tree. I have never seen this kind of worst service anywhere in rajkot. They just dump the food on your table saying plzz dont expect from us to serve you, you can just help yourself. Even after complaining to their restaurant manager no action on that. Request to everyone not to visit here for the restaurant purpose. If there was an option for giving rating in minus I would have given -10.
