The hotel is in a great location. However, I had booked through *******. Upon check-in I was charged again, thinking this was a security deposit. Two months later I am still fighting Acora/IHG to get a refund of the second charge. The hotel will not answer emails or phone calls, stating a manager is not working. The hotel chain will also not cooperate with Chase Travel to verify transactions for a refund.
