The rooms were spotless and the room were always cleaned at 10am sharp the front desk was helpful with check in and out and any questions overall would book again

As soon as we walked in Eugene at the front desk greeted us. Everything about the hotel was clean and update to date. We loved our room. We will definitely be back many times in the near future.

There wasn’t an available cleaning staff. We were told no one knew how to make a bed. We did meet a concierge that was customer focused when leaving that made up for it and made it right.

The only complaint would be no microwave to reheat any food I may have ordered. Outside of that the food from the restaurant was very very good. The staff was helpful and the amenities were nice.

Climate in the room was consistently comfortable. Very clean facility all around. Staff were very polite and helpful in area recommendations. Only one disappointment….the shower water was not hot, just warm!

Negative: smoking station is set up right outside side door, which is main entrance/exit for guests once checked in. family had to walk through clouds of smoke from employees literally every time we came/went. also no microwave in room, mini fridge doesn't have freezer, no complimentary coffee in lobby

This hotel was beautiful and the front desk worker was incredibly kind. I believe his name was Eugene? Forgive me if that’s wrong!!
He was so helpful, and he even walked us to the elevators and gave us step by step directions on where our room was.
The AC was amazingggggg in this room too!!! Highly recommend!!
