这次新西兰最好的酒店了,2个独立卧室,2个卫生间,一家人不用抢,也不尴尬。房间有洗衣机和烘干机,太方便了。那些酒店共享的洗衣机还得收费。厨房很大,设施齐全。就是没停车场,得花钱外面停。这个是减分项。阳台风景也好。
惠灵顿市中心不算很大,这家酒店也坐落在市中心地段。步行5分钟就能到海滨步道,著名的古巴街(购物区)也在5分钟的路程内。
酒店五楼有健身房,器械不多但基本够用。大堂提供免费咖啡、制冰机,还有橙子、橘子、香蕉、苹果等水果,这点真的非常棒。
位置超赞,房间也很宽敞!洗衣机和烘干机非常实用!
很干净,很安静!前台小哥中文很不错!附近超市、中餐都很多,其中有家兰州拉面很不错!在市中心,里海边和国家博物馆都很近!
酒店位置就在市中心,地理位置非常的不错,但是门口没有停车位,需要自己去找另外酒店是没有额外的服务的,行李都是需要自己搬运的,楼道非常的窄,电梯和门口也都非常的窄,大的行李箱是比较难运进去的,但是由于价格不贵,所以性价比还是可以的,酒店房间很新也很漂亮

房间客厅🛋区域有点小。
厨房空间挺大,设施设备都很好。温德姆集团的公寓在新西兰用品设备都很好,洗衣机烘干机都是MIELE品牌的。
干净度很好。
唯一的差评:大问题:工作人员响应事情前后不一致。
我们想要续住一晚,(2月11日)由于酒店当天没有房间了,请求前台如果有人取消,空房间帮忙留下。
早餐时,有位前台男工作人员说有个4室公寓,今晚给我们住,但是只能用2个房间,价格经理也给打折。随后有位女工作人员带我去看了,中午12:00-3:00pm这个房间被会议预定了。随后可以空闲。
我请工作人员帮忙留房,并协调申请优惠价格,并留下了电话(写在了房间放置门卡的卡片上,留在了前台)。
整天并没有接到前台电话。晚间18点回到酒店,一位女工作人员说没有房,已经谈好的房间也没有了,并且表示她不知道这个事情。
我请她电话问下上午工作的2位同事。
她说:不行,无法联系。
我解释了,说能联系经理manager?
她说:她救赎经理。
我说:上午的2个工作人员说,房间折扣信息来自经理。
她又说:有两位经理。。。
我说:我有留电话信息。
她找不到。。
工作人员服务一言难尽。
房间正是我们想要的,而且离我们想去的所有景点都近在咫尺,非常值得推荐。不过,我们住的房间需要一些维护,马桶冲完后会一直流水,直到我们再按一下冲水键(半冲);淋浴喷头的一个接口漏水(这应该很早就知道了,因为已经有水垢堆积了)。除此之外,一切都很棒!
地理位置优越,酒店装修有格调,服务很舒服,房间略小但胜在干净,一楼有水吧可以拿小零食,走几步就是主街,主街上有一家功夫麻辣烫巨好吃,食材新鲜性价比超高,大众点评查不到他家googlemap能查到评分挺高,老板娘山东人特可爱很直爽,我们连吃了两天,严重推荐他家的麻辣香锅,一吃一个不吱声
房间非常漂亮,干净又现代。地理位置绝佳,离Te Papa博物馆很近。员工很友好,入住和退房都非常简单。
