Despite the initial appearance of it being a nice apartment it turned out to be awful. I had no hot water for the entirety of my two day stay. I informed the manager but nothing was done. The shower’s on/off control dripped throughout the whole time I was there. The smoke alarm in the kitchen area had no cover and I couldn’t see a battery, so presumably was not working,

这套公寓就这个价格来说，正如你所期待的那样，空间宽敞，有舒适的沙发可以休息，但品质和舒适度略有欠缺。床最好用海绵而不是弹簧。入住和退房手续很便捷，但可以再多一点温馨的氛围，感觉太像HMO了。如果你面朝街道的后方，那里有一个卡拉OK之夜，营业时间持续到凌晨一点，但不受业主控制。
我真不明白为什么房间已经损坏，还要收取100英镑的损坏押金。墙上有痕迹，灯坏了，衣柜坏了，橱柜关不严，图片上没有咖啡，浴缸里有霉菌，电线松动，屋顶潮湿。烟雾报警器从屋顶拆下来了吗？？？图片请见附件。
我也不明白为什么你们安排了安静时间，因为我们的房间旁边是一家酒吧，那里的音乐一直吵到凌晨4点。所以付费的客人应该保持安静，可他们却因为噪音根本睡不着？
我们终于睡着了，却被一个闯入者粗鲁地吵醒了，他尖叫着，还猛砸公寓门。这让我感到非常不安全，因为这栋楼应该是安全的。他离开时触发了火警警报。警报响了10分钟后，我打电话给那个不高兴的人，他说他会处理。这个警报一直响到早上9点，直到我被告知如何关闭它。

真是个好地方。我们住得很开心，因为它位于市中心，一切都近在咫尺。对我们来说，这是一次浪漫的住宿，管理层在装饰方面做得很好。就价值而言，我们认为这个地方物有所值，考虑到他们的收费，他们为我们的下一次住宿提供了折扣
