Made reservations a freed back and paid at time of book. Got there and they had double booked our room and said we did not pay. Front desk clerk was very friendly but io was still a huge inconvenience. Had to backtrack to find a hotel at 11 at night then had to go through ******* for refund. ******* handled everything perfectly I cannot complain but will not trust this place again with my reservation

The room not cleaned well. The bathroom door and frame had been forced open by a previous occupant, and was not usable. I reported it, but was not offered another room.
We stayed until morning and left. No more Extended Stays for us ever again.

I booked the room for 4 nights for $316 on Afterpay and made my deposit for $88 and I called the day I was supposed to be there and made sure my room would be held after 6 pm than I didn't get there until the next morning I arrived and they inform me I am on the do not rent list. And they wouldn't give me a full refund. When they should have told me when I called that I wouldn't be allowed to get my room. And they still wouldn't refund me the full amount. Now I'm fighting to get my money back.

I don't even know where to start with this place. Everything about this place was backwards. The TV was situated in such a way you couldn't see it from the bed, the trim in the bathroom was rotted as well as the subfloor under the shower pan. You could feel your feet sinking as you shower there was no coffee maker in the room, so I asked the front desk for one and they gave me one that still had a filter and old coffee growing mold inside it. Also, the coffee pot was missing the lid and since this was a "sneak a cup" coffee maker, it rendered the coffee maker completely useless. Breakfast was a joke and they even charge a dollar per outgoing call, even local calls, on the room phone. I'll spend a little more next time to stay somewhere else.
