The room was clean. I found things here and there that could have been cleaner but they didn't effect my stay. The bed was comfortable. I appreciate having a refrigerator with a freezer.
The staff were very accommodating with my sleep schedule. I slept mostly during the day.
I was able to hook up my Roku to the TV and watch movies that way.

Succinctly, everything was absolutely awful:
1. There was no door threshold, which created a 1"+ gap between bottom of door and door frame, which both allowed bugs and hot San Antonio air into the room.
2. Given lack of proper infrastructure, when it rained, it flooded the room b/c of such, wherein I had to be transferred to a different room 2 doors down the hallway, whereby it too was both semi-flooded due to same circumstances and had such an antiquated A/C system, that it would allow for cold air.
3. The sink was completely clogged and the appropirate parts of the faucet had no effect on raising/lowering the base "stopper", and thus a disgusting pool of water after having shaved and brush teeth would simply remain, even overnight.
4. There was a giant leak at the joint where the shower head connects, which sprayed water over the shower curtain/rod and floods the toilet & floor beyond belief.
5. Toilet seat was detached, and thus I had to repair it myself, especially as the managers/owners decided to cut back on expenses and stopped all plugged-in phone service. In fact, none were plugged in, and thus there was no connection to anything. As such, for anything (complaints, etc.) needed from/to be rela management, you had to walk to polar opposite side to get to office.
6. I was effictively harassed when manager would come with housekeeping to try to learn what it was that I was doing (computer work).
7. Part of shower ceiling collasped on me while showering.

Everything was great! The only problem was the refrigerator was making alot of noise and water was leaking from the ac
