Same room as last time. Easy in. TV remote needs replacing. Great channel selection including sports and movies

Room is clean and comfortable No coffee options in the room. Excellent television options. I needed an affordable stay during a weekend when Virginia Tech had a home game nearby. Other hotels double and triple there rates those weekends. This was a perfect no frills hotel with all you need for an overnight visit. Modest breakfast, service counter in the main building only. My last stay here was not noteworthy. They have improved on everything. I will consider them again as they have the best rates in Radford. The guest book overlooks everything Radford has to offer. Information is mostly about Blacksburg. Still, a worthwhile stop if you don’t need all the bells and whistles. Safe and comfortable. I’m glad I gave them another chance.

Place was so dirty, low lighting, building seemed abandoned, key card didn’t work and front desk how to walk down to separate building to let us in. Didn’t stay more than 20 min before deciding to just leave and drive 3 hours home…

First of all the hotel didn’t have my reservation, when I got ahold of someone from ******* they resent it and I finally got checked in after and hour and a half. Went to the room it was nasty and had roaches. I asked for a swap and was told that I would have to pay the difference at this point it was going on 2 in the morning so I said that was fine how much. The clerk blamed it on ******* and ******* blamed it on the clerk but I paid it because at this point it was 2:15 in the morning going over a 2 hr check in and I was having to get up at 7.

The place we stayed was not as advertised. It was a sperate small building off to the side. Rooms smelled funny, dirty, and there was damage to the ceiling. We got switched to another room before we had a chance to enter because of a "problem" with the original room we were given which set off alarms for us.

It will do, the guy at front desk was nice but wasn’t there when I got in around 9pm and took two calls to get him to the front. My stay was in the second building which is through a pretty empty parking lot and the keys are two Pizza Hut ads. A little dingy but no vermin or dirt immediately visible

No new bedsheets, the heat dont work well, the microwave is broken and hot water is not that hot.

They couldn’t locate our stay and we had to reserve an additional room. The front desk clerk was so lazy and refused to even look further in the system until we forced it. Still he couldn’t pull up reservation.

The furniture in the room was filthy! The sheets were old, but clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff that I encountered was very nice and helpful. I would not stay here again due to the outdated furniture, etc. in the room.
