We released your funds that were stuck the first time you called. We confirmed that we released all your funds. You were warned at check-in that using a CashApp card could hold your money longer. You confirmed with CashApp that they were holding your funds. You requested a letter be sent to you that you could send to CashApp which was not a service we normally provide but we extended the courtesy of sending it in between things. You did not respect our busy schedule and began making demands. We then refused your service. We apologize that you had a bad experience with CashApp. Please refrain from using that card in the future as that seems to have caused a headache for you.Thank you again for your feedback.
