Stayed just for a night after long criss country roadtrip. Room was very clean and well stocked. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff was pleasant but coffee maker in lobby was broken.

The amenities were ok. Having to go to the front desk with your dirty towels to exchange them was strange. The staff was kind. The rooms need more soundproofing. I could hear everything in the hallway and in the surrounding rooms.

The room smelled terrible - like someone had just cleaned up vomit. I almost asked to change rooms, but our family staying down the hall had the same complaint about their room. We think the cleaning crew used dirty water. The bathroom counter wasn’t cleaned with the right product, so it looked gross. The rest of the room was good. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. Kitchenette was well stocked.
