VERY DISAPPOINTED…. 2 luggage racks for 76 hotels rooms is VERY inconvenient….NOT OK !!!!!!!
Waited over 20 minutes in lobby … finally required me watch belongings while…..
75 yr old husband carried our luggage in 2 trips!!
Not good customer service!!!
Based on this would not stay here again!

Hannah checked us in and was everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Much better than more expensive hotels we’ve recently stayed at. Would come back if we’re ever in the area again.

Bath sheets
We were in Danville for a family wedding. we used most of the towels in the bathroom getting ready for the wedding. When we returned to the hotel after the wedding, we called down to the front desk and asked for some more bath sheets. This was about10 in the evening. Within ten minutes or so, a clerk from the front desk brought us two complete sets of bath towels for use the next morning.
I have rarely gotten service of this level even from upscale hotels in cities like Chicago and New York.

Everything was great. Continental breakfast needs a little work, but other than that, everything was phenomenal. The rooms are upgraded, the bathrooms are borderline luxurious and we will visit this location again. When in Danville Kentucky, that is the best hotel. I have tried them all. Literally.

The room was well thought out with plenty of hooks, plugs, and surface space. Breakfast was really good (be sure to get a warm cinnamon roll!), with ample seating. A few observations.....I think the hotel could really up its "prestige" if the staff wore uniforms and name tags...the fact that you are greeted by someone wearing regular street clothes, makes the facility feel more local and amateurish vs being part of a wonderful chain.....

Good place for a night
The whole property was clean, neat and up to date. The staff were super nice. We had 2 issues: 1- the shower drain wouldn’t stay open, so you got a bath no matter what. 2-the ceiling is thin, you can hear the room above you handling there business in the bathroom.
