This place is poorly maintained, shabby, overpriced, and disappointing. It's a shame, because the gardens are cute, it's peacefully out of town, and our suite was very spacious. But the beds are horrible and sunken, the windows look like they've never been cleaned, paint is peeling off all the walls, there are big rusts stains on the floors and paint drips splattered all over, the door to the terrace was practically rusted shut, the fridge was moldy, the toilet leaked, the jacuzzi hadn't been cleaned... it was just a hard NO. This wasn't a cheap room either -- we paid over 3300 pesos per night. It looks like the owners just don't care to maintain the place to a reasonable standard, which is too bad because the place has potential.
