The staff are very friendly and always ready to help at any time. The food is excellent and very diverse. Must to try their delicious Sangria. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights before we went on a med cruise leaving from Palma Port. We were greeted by the staff on our arrival which was late in the evening with two free drinks and a very warm welcome who were perfect from start to finish. In particular Sophie in the bar restaurant The hotel was immaculate & modern and the full experience was enjoyable and more than we had expected it to be. The food was lovely and reasonable priced. Great location. We enjoyed it that much we came back for lunch the day we returned from the cruise as we had 6 hours to kill prior to our flight home . The staff were agreeable to look after our luggage so that we could go a walk to Palma before our fight home. We couldnt pick any faults and recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Flawless stay and brilliant hospitality.
